- Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Architect services for Grade II* fabric: £3,600,000.00
- Qualified professional teams for a Masterplan (RIBA Stage 0-1), for Council regeneration plans
- Project on design codes and character, valued to £100,000
- Architect led multi-disciplinary team for Council-owned property re-design, valued £1,200,000.00
